Melissa Ashton Young

Melissa has extensive experience in e-learning, medical education, project direction, content and technology management, sales support and client services. Her expertise lies in managing project teams and facilitating a project from planning, to execution, and finally, to successful completion—all while maintaining the project vision and managing relationships and communication with stakeholders.
Melissa has specialized in the field of e-learning for over 20 years. She worked as the East Coast Regional Director for Multimedia Learning, specializing in training programs for companies such as Coopers and Lybrand and AAA. At Medical Broadcasting Company, she began as a Project Director and soon was promoted to the Director of Creative Services, managing a large creative team specializing in marketing and digital strategies for health-related products for brands like Claritin and Tylenol. After that, Melissa worked as a Senior Project Manager with Dr. Levy, Co-founder, CEO, and Chief Educational Officer of MedCases, an online medical education company providing continuing education through a case-based approach. Melissa specialized in overseeing projects from proposal to initiation, planning, execution, delivery and finally, providing ongoing support to clients.
Her role at CaseNetwork as Director of Content Development utilizes her skill sets and experience, including supporting sales and marketing efforts, hands on management of technical aspects of projects, content planning and execution, management of financial aspects of projects, implementation and support, and direct communication with the CEO on all aspects of project development for CaseNetwork. Melissa has a Master of Education from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Philadelphia University, and Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Philadelphia University.
